How I feel right now?

How are you feeling right now?

Is that even a question? Some people say life is great, in my opinion, my life is complete flipped upside down, after everything I’ve been through and struggling with my poor mental health, life really couldn’t be great.

Yes, there are ups in life, but there are also downs, but you need to remember that it’s okay not to be okay. The first step of receiving the support you need to accept that you need the help. From my point of view it took me 8 years to accept that I need help due to struggling mentally for so long on my own.

But I am lucky enough to have the support around me (family) to help lift my spirit and moods, they know exactly how to cheer me up on bad days, and keep me motivated and productive.

Being productive during the day will preoccupy your mind into not overthinking every little thing and you’ll focus on what you’re doing instead.

ITS OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY ❤

  1. Mental Health depends upon your own efforts to face and stay calm in distressing situations,, and there are various ways to do that,, only thing important is you should be conscious whenever such things happen what you need to do,,

  2. Very true that it is okay not to be okay. These are your own standards and what you expect of yourself. If you work on it, and you have the support, you will not be okay. You will be great!
